Matthews announced as new Lumpkin County High School principal

Lumpkin County Middle School Assistant Principal Brian Matthews has been named as the next principal of Lumpkin County High School. At Monday evening’s Board of Education meeting, an executive session was held to discuss pending resignations, terminations and transfers within the school system.
