The City of Dahlonega, working collectively with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Lumpkin County, is seeking engineering design, environmental and administration services for permitting, right-of-way acquisition, preliminary engineering, construction administration, environmental compliance, cost estimating, inspecting, record-keeping and project closeout, all in compliance with GDOT and federal requirements for FHWA funded state projects and in accordance with the GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP).
