YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on November 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lumpkin County Judicial Center, 325 Riley Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533, a presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Lumpkin County will hear the case of STATE OF GEORGIA vs. DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF LUMPKIN COUNTY, GEORGIA, LUMPKIN COUNTY and STRUXURE OUTDOOR, INC., Civil Action File No. 19-CV-470-JP in the Superior Court of Lumpkin County, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bond (StruXure Outdoor, Inc. Project), Series 2019 (the Bond), in the maximum principal amount of $2,000,000, to be issued by the Development Authority of Lumpkin County, Georgia (the Issuer) pursuant to the terms of a resolution adopted by the Issuer, in order to promote and expand for the public good and welfare, industry, trade, commerce and employment opportunities within Lumpkin County (the County). The Bond is to be issued to pay all or a part of the costs of a capital project in the County consisting of the acquisition of an existing industrial building containing approximately 40,000 square feet and the completion of improvements to the building, which is located on a site at 122 Ethan Allen Drive, Dahlonega, Georgia (collectively, the Project), to be owned by the Issuer and leased to StruXure Outdoor, Inc. (the Company) for use by the Company as a manufacturing and distribution facility. Public Meeting Notice

Lumpkin County will hold a public meeting on November 14, 2019 at 10:00am at the Lumpkin County Emergency Operations Center to review and discuss a draft of the revised Lumpkin County Hazard Mitigation Plan. This Plan is required by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000.

The County considers any public input into this Plan a valuable contribution. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Once the Plan is completed, there will be one additional public meeting prior to FEMA approval and adoption by the Board of Commissioners.
