Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that deed to secure debt dated December 18, 2012, from Russell M. Wallace and Jennifer H. Wallace to Nunez Pine Straw Inc., recorded in Deed Book 1240, pages 119-123, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Lumpkin County, Georgia, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the front door of the Courthouse in Lumpkin County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in October, 2019, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, located on 77 Old River Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533, to-wit:

The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying said indebtedness including all accrued and unpaid interest thereon and attorney fees and all expenses of said sale.

The property will be sold as the property of Russell M. Wallace and Jennifer H. Wallace, who, to the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief, is the party in possession of said property.
