We’re dog people here at The Nugget.  Most of us are also cat people. (Though for some of us, allergies get in the way.)  And you could even say we’re Scottish Highland cow people.  Especially this week.  Because this week we’ve teamed up with local businesses to bring you Dog Days of Dahlonega.

The long and winding path to a new and improved Lumpkin County recycling center appears to be leading right back to the transfer station which already hosts a group of unmanned recycling bins.
