No One Alone offers shelter from the storm

National Domestic Violence Awareness Month falls in October each year, and this year NOA (No One Alone), Lumpkin and Dawson counties’ domestic violence shelter program, plans to have a presence at Gold Rush Days and The Moonshine Festival.
