Last week, the third annual Nutcracker wrestling tournament was hosted at the Lumpkin County High School. Spectators and wrestlers alike turned out in abundance to take part in the festive event.

The official Region 6-AAA Football All-Region honors were released this week and featured 14 individual Lumpkin County High School football players recapping another very successful season for the Indians. The squad’s season concluded 7-4 overall with a regional record of 5-2.
