Bass fishing team to compete in State Championship

Whether or not Lumpkin’s 10th grade tandem of Carder Dockery and A.J. Moss win the inaugural GHSA State Bass Fishing Championship, to be held Saturday on Lake Lanier, one thing is for sure. “We always eat hot wings after our high school tournaments,” Moss said.

After the third meeting of the Noise Study committee on Monday, April 19, the group seemed to make significant progress toward a sound ordinance that satisfies both the functional demands of venue owners and quality of life demands of local residents.
