There’s a new kind of business at Gold Mine Shopping Center. Amidst the regular retail and restaurants, you’ll find a shop run by Sergio “Horisugi” Lindop, Brian Snape and a man known only as Lil’ D. It’s Holy Mountain Tattoo, where the ink business is booming. “We love it here,” said Lil’ D.

A new noise ordinance was approved quickly and quietly by the Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners last Tuesday following months of spirited discussion and debate.
