The recently hired athletic director of Lumpkin County High School has been arrested on domestic-related charges, according to officials at the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office.

Bus driver shortage causes complications

Thanks to teachers with CDL licenses filling in and some recent bus route consolidation, Lumpkin County Schools seems to have weathered a storm in the form of a bus driver shortage to start the school year. Superintendent Dr.
