It was a 27-0 victory for the class of 2027 on Senior Night as the Lumpkin County High School football team faced off with their White County rivals. Lumpkin’s defense was a big factor in holding the Warriors scoreless, only surrendering 158 total yards of offense en route to the big win.

The Lumpkin County mountain biking team opened its season last Saturday in White County, launching into another year of steady growth and competitive racing. The coed program, now in its seventh season, has expanded to 30 riders across grades 6 through 12 — the largest roster in team history.
