City zoning ordinance overhaul is closer to completion

A long-discussed overhaul of the City of Dahlonega’s zoning and development ordinances appears to be nearing the public hearing stage. That news was relayed to the Planning Commission earlier this month during a presentation by TSW Design Community Planner Caleb Racicot.
