The Lumpkin County High School rifle team scored a season-high 1,134 at home in their victory against Stone Mountain.
LCHS team members showed that they can apply techniques learned in practice and keep a calm demeanor to help them achieve success.
Sophomores Justice Kiefer (280) and Makayla Prosser (263) both set personal records.
JT Wright (293), Joey Dechant (281), and Ivy Stowers (280) also helped carry the team to success.
Liam Kearney scored a 283 and Nathan White set his personal record of 219 in his first-ever match.
