High school basketball teams to begin using shot clock
Rising Lumpkin senior Jones Harris takes a shot during the Indians’ recent Shot Clock League game versus Lakeview. Both LCHS basketball teams have competed in several games with the newly implemented shot clock rules in order to be ready for this season.
As the clock slowly begins to wind down on summer, the GHSA recently announced the implementation of a 35 second shot clock beginning in the 2022-2023 season.
