Impound lot allowed by Planning Commission despite protests
A line of people were ready to argue against the proposed variance that would allow for an Impound Lot in the Seabolt Stancil Road community. Those opposed to the variance cited concerns ranging from safety issues to property value declines as reasons to deny the variance request.
