Lynda Duke stands beside the Christmas quilt that will be raffled off Friday, July 26 at The Common Thread. The raffle is part of the shop’s Christmas in July Quilt Show, free and open to the public. Raffle tickets are $5 and proceeds go to support the Dahlonega Valor Quilters, who provide quilts to Lumpkin County’s veterans as a thank you for their service.
