Lumpkin's new County Manager Alan Ours arrived for his first day on the job Monday, August 2. Most recently serving as County Manager in Glynn County, Ours arrives with nearly four decades of local government service in Georgia and South Carolina and is eager to get to work in Lumpkin County.
