A fraudulent scam text, complete with an official-looking state seal, has been making the rounds on local cell phones lately.
It looks convincing. It looks credible. And it could have some folks questioning whether or not they owe Fulton County for a parking violation…even if they haven’t actually parked in Fulton County.
