Kelso Crowder Horne, known as Casey to many, leaves behind a legacy of service to the community.
A man known for his years of service to his family, the nation and Lumpkin County is gone from the community. Kelso Crowder “Casey” Horne Jr. passed away March 19 at the age of 77.
