OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
This notice is that Stephen C. Moose hereby intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 094 174, lying and being in Land Lot 434 of the 15th Land District, 1st Section, Lumpkin County, Georgia, containing 1.074 acres, more or less, being Parcel B, shown in Plat Cabinet 1, slide 124, Plat 71A, described in Deed Book 1108, page 285, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference located on Cavenders Creek Road.
This notice is to Jason M. Henderson and to all the world and anyone having or holding any right to have interest in or lien upon the property that they may redeem from Stephen C. Moose by payment of the redemption price or the amount required by redemption as fixed and provided in O.C.G.A. § 48-4-42 on or before April 22nd, 2024 at the address shown below. Any claim or redemption not filed by this date shall stand forever barred. The Sheriffs Deed to which this notice relates is dated September 1, 2020 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Lumpkin County Superior at Deed Book 1478, page 170.
