YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court of Cobb County, Georgia, in Marietta, Georgia, on the 23rd day of October, 2014 at 9:00 o'clock A.M. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the parental rights of the mother, CHARLES TAYLOR and any other alleged father should be terminated. A free copy shall be available to you. Upon request, the copy will be mailed to you. The child is in the present temporary custody of the Cobb County Department of Family and Children Services.
